Everyone is welcome to join us at the great LEGO EXPO!

Entry by donation–help support our bookmobile project.
(If a donation is not feasible for your family, you are still more than welcome to attend!)

in the Columbia Valley Centre Hall (downstairs from library)

When & What:

• 12:00-3:00pm:
  • Explore the awesome LEGO exhibits!
  • Try LEGO challenges and activities!
  • Vote on your favourite bookmobile build and learn about our bookmobile project.
  • Enjoy snacks & more!
• 3:00 pm: Screening of The LEGO Movie!

CALL FOR EXHIBITORS: Want to be a LEGO set/build exhibitor?

• Please contact us to sign-up!
• No age restrictions.
• Exhibitors are responsible for getting their sets to/from the building, and are responsible for staying with their collections at the Expo, or coordinating with friends/family to keep an eye on the display.
• We will have plexiglass or rope barriers available to keep hands off of your collections.
• Once the movie screening begins at 3pm, you can start to take down your display (or watch the movie and pack up after).

BUILDING CHALLENGE: Create a LEGO Bookmobile!

• Build your creation at home and bring it to the Expo for judging.
• Drop-off creations at the CV Centre Hall on April 19th from 4-7pm or April 20th from 10 am-11:45 am.
• Prizes to be won! Categories for all ages!
• Registration required so we know how many “parking spots” to save! Please contact us with your interest.
• Build requirements: Has to resemble a vehicle (on wheels) and have some kind of shelving for books.
