Loan Periods

All items in the library are checked out for 3 weeks or 1 week for DVDS.

Renewals

Renewals of Invermere Library materials can be made online from home or by telephone. There is no limit to renewals of Invermere library material unless someone has placed a hold on the item.

Fine-free!

As of January 1, 2021, the Invermere Public Library has gone fine free!

We are now mostly fine free in order to reduce barriers and promote equitable access for all members of the community. There will still be late fines for any loanable tech items like Radon kits, Geocaching Kits, LED Sunshine Lights and Kobo E-Readers.

Charges for lost & damaged material

There will still be charges for lost or damaged materials.
Please continue to return materials on or before the due date so that others can have access to them. You can renew items through your online account, by phone or by email as long as there are no holds.
