Read it and Eat is a cookbook club where we choose a featured cookbook each month, participants choose a recipe to make, and then bring the dish to the meeting to enjoy food and good company!
Featured cookbook for March: Half Baked Harvest
Stop by the library to choose a recipe from the cookbook and photocopy it. There is a website that goes along with this book with more recipes! If you choose one from the website (or have the cookbook at home), please contact us to register and let us know which recipe you will be making.
- Make the dish at home.
- Bring it to the meeting and enjoy with other participants!
- Bring a container or two for leftovers.
